Now we've got your attention! Okay, you can't really have pie as a post-workout snack, but this recipe is pretty darn close! It is a great combination of carbs and protein and it tastes delicious! Ingredients: 1/4 cup egg white protein powder 1/4 cup applesauce 1/4 cup pumpkin puree cinnamon and nutmeg Directions: Stir the first three ingredients well. Add cinnamon and nutmeg, to taste (we like about 1/2 tsp of each). That's it! Enjoy!
