You'll get the personal attention and instruction you need, and the energy of training with a small group. Our classes will challenge and motivate you, helping you gain strength while burning tons of calories!
Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness training sessions combine Russian Kettlebell work with strength and circuit training to increase lean muscle, and cardiovascular endurance.
Semi-Private Training Schedule:
We offer 25 classes each week; each day the workout will change to challenge you and help you attain real results.
Mon: 7am(RO), 8am(RO), Noon, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Tues: 7am(RO), 8am(RO), Noon, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wed: 7am(RO), 8am(RO), Noon, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thurs: 7am(RO), 8am(RO), Noon, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Fri: 9am, Noon, 2pm
Sat: 8am (AO), 9:15am
RO= Request Only
AO= Advanced Only
First Class: FREE
Single class drop in: $15*
We are excited to be offering our clients access to a great way to get their cardio in each week and have fun! Darlene Vigil will lead you through a 60 minute class that will leave you sweating and feeling great!
Zumba Class schedule:
$7 drop-in or $45 for a 10-class punch card!
Beachbody classes are now offered at The New Fit 3 days a week with a certified Beachbody trainer. Try our P90X, PiYo and Insanity/Core classes.
