Group Fitness Classes
Session Structure: Our group fitness training sessions combine Russian Kettlebell work with strength and circuit training to increase lean muscle, and cardiovascular endurance. Semi-Private Training Schedule: We offer 25 classes each week; each day the workout will change to challenge you and help you attain real results. Zumba
We are excited to be offering our clients access to a great way to get their cardio in each week and have fun! Darlene Vigil will lead you through a 60 minute class that will leave you sweating and feeling great!
